Shabby Chic Tag...

It's been a while since I last entered a challenge over on The Shabby Tea Room  blog.  This week's the theme is
Elegance & Lace

I had a couple of hours spare this morning so I made a shabby chic tag using some lovely products from The Ribbon Girl store I had lying on my craft bench.  A nice change from all the CAS cards I've been creating lately.
Check out The Shabby Tea Room Blog for some wonderful inspiration and creativity from the Design Team.

Lace Net Fabric
Cream Lace
Faux Suede leaves
Medium Pom Pom Trim - Pink
Pleated Satin Ribbon
Pearl Button Mix
Flat Back Resin Dahlia all from The Ribbon Girl
Songbird 6x6 Pad - Prima Marketing
Double Sayings Stamp Set - Personal Impressions

Another tissue paper flower...

I did say I couldn't stop making them!  This card was made with all those litlle punchies and scraps that are lying around on your desk and was inspired by the lovely cards on Kirsty's blog.
I'm entering it for 'The Sweet Days of Summer' challenge over at The Shabby Tearoom.

Dps - My Minds Eye
Bakers Twine - The Ribbon Girl
Butterfly Punch - Martha Stewart
Kraft envelope - Poundshop
Tissue Paper - Paperchase
Button - Stampin Up
Vintage music sheet
Tiny Tag Punch - Stampin Up
Stamps - Paula Pascual

Another Bloom

I just can't stop making blooms.  I made this one with pink bias binding and the spark was the 'Pink Lemonade' Challenge over at the The Shabby Tea Room to use Pink, Green Neutrals and Flowers.

I used the same method as here but instead of using ruffled ribbon I ruffled the bias binding myself with a  running stitch along one side.  I created the frame with some scraps of Amy Butler Sola papers that I'm eeking out -  love the muted colours.

Other Supplies:
Stampin Up Cardstock -  Crumb Cake and Pink Pirouette
Sentiment from Pink Petticoat Pretty Potties Collection
Machine Stitching

Anyone for Eggs?

Chocolate eggs that is.  :)  I've 'upcycled' an egg carton to fill with chocolate eggs for an Easter gift.
I've been planning this project in my head for weeks now and this weeks Shabby Tea Room 'Spring Color Challenge' seemed the perfect opportunity to create it!
Check out the Shabby Tea Room Blog for lots of shabby goodness from the DT plus a pretty inspiration photo for this weeks challenge.
