Home Sweet Home...
Don't know about you but I can't stand this heat! My craft area is in the conservatory (south-facing) and so when it's hot like this the crafting has to go on hold - it's unbearable in there.
Here's a little New Home card I created for a challenge over on the Docrafts website. Just thought I'd share it here too.
I've used a Craftwork Cards Scallop Square card blank and trimmed off the two sides for a different look.
Stampin Up Patterned Paper
Xcut Border Die
Craftwork Cards Colour-Me-Oval
Computer Generated Sentiment
Stampin Up Word Window Punch
Beautiful work Vicky .. .. I love this very much.
ReplyDeleteI quite often fancy a conservatory to work in but feel sure the summer would be too hot for me and the winter too cold .. .. think I had better stick to the little bedroom!! :-(
Hope all is good with you.
Love Jules xx
A super new home card, love how you've just coloured in the one house. xx
ReplyDeleteAnother stunning card, Vicky...I love it!
ReplyDeleteI also understand, EXACTLY how you feel about the heat...I'm a cold weather girl and always will be!! Just keep thinking of snow and hopefully, today will be a bit cooler! :)
Love Emma xx
Great card I love it :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the heat issue Vicky .. I hate it!!! I'm a winter person, don't like the summer, my craft room is like a sauna! Have to keep curtains closed so won't fade paper and stamps ... Lol. On a brighter note your card is fabulous , love those quirky houses :) x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous new home card Vicky!
ReplyDeleteThe weather today is a real contrast to what we had yesterday! Somewhere in the middle would be just great.

ReplyDeleteOh this is just fabulous Vicky - it looks so simple but every so effective.
