Liz at Pink Petticoat has set a challenge to create your own flowers using scraps of PP paper. There's a fabby border punch up for grabs for the lucky winner.
I've stuck the paper onto chipboard and used a cuttlebug die to cut the flower shapes and added glossy accents to the centres.

Great Flowers Dolly!! Back to the distressing - I am no expert at all but I use Cut-N-Dry stamp pad foam that is A4ish in size and you just cut a piece off and use that to put the ink on and I just put my project onto a larger piece of scrap paper and rub the ink onto that first and then onto my card. Ive heard that a teflon sheet is better than scrap paper tho. You can use other ink pads too I don't think they have to be distressing ones. Hope this helps.
