This weeks dare at
DCM is
A-Bunting We Will Go!
There seems to be an abundance of bunting everywhere at the moment and I expect more will appear soon in honour of the World Cup! I thought that it would be fun this week to add some bunting to our cards...
I've just noticed there's a Health and Safety issue with this card. It looks like the cake candles are just about to set the bunting alight! I was so pleased that I managed to score the acetate straight that I broke my paper trimmer trying to trim two layers of thick acetate. I think the clue is in the name, it's
PAPER trimmer. How else do you trim acetate cards then? :)x

Absolutely gorgeous. :) Lovely and summery.
ReplyDeleteI stay clear of acetate cards I'm afraid, so I don't have the trimming dilemma.

ReplyDeleteI love your acetate card, its so different, I love different!

You're very brave to use acetate - I only use it if I HAVE to! Love Love Love the card - those are my favourite Kirsty papers too! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with bunting issues - my hedgie was supposed to be floating into the sky not 'sitting' on the bunting!! Ah well we notice these things when it's too late.
