Cakes and Confetti...

Just stopped by to share my quick and easy Valentine's day card.  I simply filled a heart with a pocket of confetti.
The beauty of this project is you don't have to use special tools or shop bought confetti you can make your own simply by punching out card or paper using a standard 2-hole office style punch in whatever colours to suit the occasion.  I chose red and kraft coloured card and vintage book paper.

To make the pocket, sandwich the confetti between two sheets of transparent film and stitch or glue around the edges of the pocket so that the confetti can't  escape.  Attach the pocket to the inside of the the card with double sided tape.
